I am a registered AIBC Architect who has been in practice for over 50 years.  I have designed many churches, apartment buildings, Multi-family residential and in the past 15 years I have focused on Seniors 55+ affordable housing.  I am here to obtain my annual learning credits.  Though often I find I could teach the presenters a thing or two, I continue to enjoy expanding my mind in the area of Architecture even if obtaining credits is mandatory.
