I am the CEO of Kohola Custom Homes, a luxury home builder on the island of Kauai, Hawaii.

I have a diverse career in construction that has made me a seasoned construction manager due to my experience on a range of product types including luxury homes and condominiums, high-rise commercial office, restaurants, retail, and complicated tenant improvements.

Prior to founding Kohola Custom Homes, I was a Senior Project Manager for Kukui’ula Development Company, and was responsible for managing and coordinating planning, entitlement, design, construction and delivery of Kukui’ula’s own built product.  I also spent many years constructing Amazon.com’s headquarters in Seattle.

I’m looking to make new supplier connections at GBM and am interested cedar products, siding, decking, cabinets furniture and timber framing.
