I have over 30 years experience in the residential and multi-family construction industry – I have worked for several home builders and currently now in the commercial and multifamily field.

I have been with Edward Rose & Sons for over 13 years.  We are the GC for Edward Rose (all internal) and material costs are always an ongoing issue. Costs and other research is always an important part of my job.  This is partly why I decided to attend this event.  For the data and information to help us along the way.
